PREPARATION

  1. Peel the pumpkin and potatoes. Cut them into pieces.

  2. Cook for about 20 minutes.

  3. Mash the pumpkin and potatoes with a potato masher or fork.

  4. Add the milk and Organic virgin pumpkin seed oil. Mix.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.
