For 6 people
- 800 g pumpkin
- 2 or 3 potatoes
- 15 cl milk
- 3 cl Organic virgin pumpkin seed oil
- salt & pepper
Peel the pumpkin and potatoes. Cut them into pieces.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
Mash the pumpkin and potatoes with a potato masher or fork.
Add the milk and Organic virgin pumpkin seed oil. Mix.
- Season with salt and pepper.
