Fondue Bourguignonne

For 4 people



  1. Cut the beef into cubes.
  2. Pour the Cauvin Special oil for Fondue into a saucepan. Remove the herbs to prevent the hot oil from smoking.
  3. Heat the oil and maintain at the right temperature.
  4. Spear a piece of meat on a skewer and dip it in the hot oil. Let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Enjoy with the sauce of your choice.
