For 4 people
- 800 g beef
- 1 litre Cauvin Special oil for Fondue
- sauces of your choice: tartare, cocktail, mayonnaise, ketchup, bearnaise, etc.
- Cut the beef into cubes.
- Pour the Cauvin Special oil for Fondue into a saucepan. Remove the herbs to prevent the hot oil from smoking.
- Heat the oil and maintain at the right temperature.
- Spear a piece of meat on a skewer and dip it in the hot oil. Let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Enjoy with the sauce of your choice.
