800 g beef
1 litre
Cauvin Special oil for Fondue
sauces of your choice: tartare, cocktail, mayonnaise, ketchup, bearnaise, etc.
PREPARATION
Cut the beef into cubes.
Pour the
Cauvin Special oil for Fondue
into a saucepan. Remove the herbs to prevent the hot oil from smoking.
Heat the oil and maintain at the right temperature.
Spear a piece of meat on a skewer and dip it in the hot oil. Let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Enjoy with the sauce of your choice.
