- 300 g rolled oats
- 125 g almonds or other dried fruits
- 2 tbsp Cauvin coconut oil
- 4 tsp honey
Mix the rolled oats and almonds (whole or crushed) in a bowl.
In a saucepan, heat the Cauvin coconut oil and the honey. Add to the dry ingredients and mix.
Spread the granola in a dish and bake for 15-20 minutes at 150°C. Keep an eye on the cooking process.
Let your granola cool. Then store it in an airtight container to keep it crunchy.
You can enjoy it with cottage cheese for breakfast and add the fruits you like!
