250 g mozzarella
3 tbsp
huile d’olive Millésime 2020 Cauvin
1 tbsp
Cauvin organic Modena balsamic vinegar
fresh basil
salt & pepper
PREPARATION
Rinse the tomatoes and the basil.
Slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella.
Remove the basil leaves from the stems.
Arrange alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella on a plate.
Garnish with basil leaves.
Season with
2020 vintage olive oil
,
organic balsamic vinegar,
salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
