Tomatoes with mozzarella and basil

For 4 people



  1. Rinse the tomatoes and the basil.
  2. Slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella.
  3. Remove the basil leaves from the stems.
  4. Arrange alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella on a plate.
  5. Garnish with basil leaves.
  6. Season with 2020 vintage olive oil, organic balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
