Tomatoes on toast
For 6 people
- 1 French baguette cut in slices
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 15 cl Cauvin Arbequina olive oil
Toast the slices of bread and allow them to cool.
Peel the tomatoes and blend them.
Add the pressed garlic, the salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Spread the slices of toast with the mixture.
You can also add a little Serrano ham on top. These make ideal tapas for a successful aperitif. Serve quickly so that the toast stays crisp.
