Tomatoes on toast

For 6 people



  1. Toast the slices of bread and allow them to cool.

  2. Peel the tomatoes and blend them.

  3. Add the pressed garlic, the salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.

  4. Spread the slices of toast with the mixture.

  5. You can also add a little Serrano ham on top. These make ideal tapas for a successful aperitif. Serve quickly so that the toast stays crisp.
