Very stable to heat, this solid oil is perfect for all cooking requirements and for flavouring eggs and pastries, to which it imparts the subtle, exotic fragrance of coconut. Liquid and transparent or slightly cloudy at temperatures above 26°C, on cooling it begins to solidify to become solid and white below 22°C.
