Spaghetti with walnut pesto
Spaghetti with walnut pesto
For 4 people
INGREDIENTS
400 g spaghetti
115 g walnut kernels
8 cl
Cauvin discovery walnut oil
80 g parmesan cheese
2 tbsp crème fraîche
salt & pepper
PREPARATION
Bring a large pot of water to the boil and add the spaghetti. Cook for the time indicated on the package.
To a blender, add the walnuts, walnut oil, parmesan and crème fraîche.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Blend the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous pesto.
Drain the spaghetti
Return the spaghetti to the pot, add the walnut pesto and mix together.
