Spaghetti with walnut pesto

For 4 people



  1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil and add the spaghetti. Cook for the time indicated on the package. 
  2. To a blender, add the walnuts, walnut oil, parmesan and crème fraîche.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Blend the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous pesto.
  5. Drain the spaghetti
  6. Return the spaghetti to the pot, add the walnut pesto and mix together.
