Caesar salad

For 4 people


For the salad

  • 1 iceberg or cos lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5 slices of bread
  • 25 g parmesan shavings
  • 2 tbsp Cauvin grape seed oil
  • 3 or 4 chicken breast fillets

For the dressing


  1. Preheat your oven to 210°C. Cut the slices of bread into croutons. Bake the croutons for 5 minutes.
  2. Slice your chicken breast fillets and brown them in 2 tbsp Cauvin grape seed oil.
  3. Rinse and cut up the lettuce and tomatoes.
  4.  To make the dressing, mix the grated parmesan, capers, mustard and lemon juice in a blender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and then add the Cauvin organic omega lemon 4-oil blend.
  6. Prepare the plates with the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, parmesan shavings and croutons. Drizzle on the dressing.
