Caesar salad
For 4 people
INGREDIENTS
For the salad
1 iceberg or cos lettuce
2 tomatoes
5 slices of bread
25 g parmesan shavings
2 tbsp
Cauvin grape seed oil
3 or 4 chicken breast fillets
For the dressing
20 g grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp capers
Le jus d’un demi citron
salt & pepper
10 cl
Cauvin organic omega lemon 4-oil blend
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 210°C. Cut the slices of bread into croutons. Bake the croutons for 5 minutes.
Slice your chicken breast fillets and brown them in 2 tbsp
Cauvin grape seed oil
.
Rinse and cut up the lettuce and tomatoes.
To make the dressing, mix the grated parmesan, capers, mustard and lemon juice in a blender.
Season with salt and pepper and then add the
Cauvin organic omega lemon 4-oil blend
.
Prepare the plates with the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, parmesan shavings and croutons. Drizzle on the dressing.
