- 4 egg whites
- 4 chicken cutlets
- salt & pepper
- Cauvin organic frying oil
- Blend the chicken cutlets and the egg whites. Add salt and pepper.
- Use a spoon to shape the chicken/egg mixture into small balls.
- Roll the balls in the breadcrumbs to cover them.
- Heat the Organic frying oil in a frying pan or fryer and cook the nuggets.
- Turn over the nuggets after 4 to 5 minutes (when they are golden brown).
- Now you can serve them !
