Half-cooked salmon in flaxseed oil
For 4 people
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Bioleane organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Bioleane virgin flaxseed oil.
- salt & pepper
- Heat the bioleane olive oil in a pan and add the salmon fillets.
- Cook them for about 7 min. The centre must remain uncooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and drizzle with a little bioleane flaxseed oil.
