Leek fondue with cumin
For 4 people
- 5 leeks
- 2 shallots
- Cauvin Creatives sesame and cumin oil
- salt & pepper
- Cut your leeks in half lengthwise and wash under running water. Cut them into small sections.
- Chop the shallots and sauté them in a pan in 2 tablespoons of Creatives sesame and Cumin oil. Add the leek.
- Cover the pan and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
