Leek fondue with cumin

For 4 people



  1. Cut your leeks in half lengthwise and wash under running water. Cut them into small sections.
  2. Chop the shallots and sauté them in a pan in 2 tablespoons of Creatives sesame and Cumin oil. Add the leek.
  3. Cover the pan and cook for about 20 minutes.
  4. Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
