INGREDIENTS
4 cod fillets
3 tbsp
Cauvin rapeseed oil
6 tbsp thick crème fraîche
1 lime
salt & pepper
PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the lime zest and the
Cauvin rapeseed oil
. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the cod in a dish and drizzle with the preparation.
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with some of the cooking liquid.
