- 4 cod fillets
- 3 tbsp Cauvin rapeseed oil
- 6 tbsp thick crème fraîche
- 1 lime
- salt & pepper
- In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the lime zest and the Cauvin rapeseed oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the cod in a dish and drizzle with the preparation.
- Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with some of the cooking liquid.
