  1. In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the lime zest and the Cauvin rapeseed oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place the cod in a dish and drizzle with the preparation.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with some of the cooking liquid.
