Bruschetta with green asparagus



  1. Clean the asparagus and remove the tougher, stringier lower portion.
  2. Cook in a pan with a drizzle of Selection olive oil for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Fry your egg.
  4. Toast your slice of bread for greater crispness.
  5. Spread the toast with cream cheese.
  6. Place the asparagus on the toast, and the fried egg on top.
  7. Add ground pepper and salt to taste. It’s ready – simple and tasty!
