INGREDIENTS

• 400 g pitted green or black olives
• 5 anchovy fillets
• 1 clove of garlic
• 3 tbsp Cauvin "Old fashioned taste" olive oil.
• 1 tbsp capers 

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, mix the olives, anchovy fillets, capers and crushed garlic.
2. Blend well.
3. Add the Cauvin "Old fashioned taste" olive oil and mix.

Enjoy on toast !
