Tomato and sweet pepper tabbouleh

For 4 people


  • 250 g medium bulgur wheat
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Half a glass of Cauvin Discovery avocado oil
  • half a glass of water
  • lemon juice
  • 2 shallots
  • mint, parsley


  1. To a salad bowl, add the bulgur wheat, Cauvin Discovery avocado oil, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Peel the shallots and mix them with the mint and parsley. Add the coarsely chopped sweet pepper and mix again.
  3. Mix this preparation with the bulgur wheat in the salad bowl.
  4. Chop up and add the tomatoes.
  5. Cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
