Green soup

For 4 people



  1. Wash all of the vegetables, peel them, and cut them in small pieces.
  2. Pell and chop finely the onion and garlic. Brown them a few minutes in a pan with thehuile d’olive “Fruitée” Cauvin.
  3. Add the vegetables and cover 3/4 with water
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer 30min covered on low heat.
  4. Mix everything by keeping the cooking water. Your soup is ready to be tasted.
