For 4 people
- 250 g cooked chickpeas
- 2 tbsp sesame paste
- 3 tbsp Cauvin Discovery organic toasted sesame oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 clove of garlic
- Rinse the chickpeas in clean water and drain them.
- Blend the chickpeas with the sesame paste, the Cauvin organic sesame oil and the lemon juice
- Press the garlic
- Add the seasoning of garlic, cumin and salt and mix.
- Enjoy it with an aperitif or in pita bread.
