  2. Blend the chickpeas with the sesame paste, the Cauvin organic sesame oil and the lemon juice
  3. Press the garlic
  4. Add the seasoning of garlic, cumin and salt and mix.
  5. Enjoy it with an aperitif or in pita bread.
