Sweet potato puree
For 4 people
- 2 or 3 sweet potatoes
- 2 glasses of water
- salt & pepper
- 3 tbsp Cauvin Selection Walnut oil with pieces
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into large pieces.
- Put them in a pot with the water and bring to the boil.
- Prick them with a knife to see if they are done.
- Mash the sweet potatoes in salad bowl with a fork.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add Cauvin Selection walnut oil and mix.
- Serve immediately!
