Sweet potato puree
For 4 people
INGREDIENTS
2 or 3 sweet potatoes
2 glasses of water
salt & pepper
3 tbsp
Cauvin Selection Walnut oil with pieces
PREPARATION
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into large pieces.
Put them in a pot with the water and bring to the boil.
Prick them with a knife to see if they are done.
Mash the sweet potatoes in salad bowl with a fork.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add
Cauvin Selection walnut oil
and mix.
Serve immediately!
