- 300 g flour
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 60 cl milk
- 5 tbsp Cauvin Selection Hazelnut oil with pieces
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Stir in the milk little by little to avoid lumps.
- Add the Cauvin Selection Hazelnut oil with pieces.
- Leave the batter to rest for 20 min.
- Pour the batter into a frying pan. Cook over medium heat. If the batter is too thick, don’t hesitate to add more milk.
