Sea bream ceviche

For 6 people



  1. Cut the sea bream fillets into thin slices.
  2. Chop the onion and the chilli pepper.
  3. Squeeze the limes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, place your slices of fish, the onion and the chilli pepper.
  5. Drizzle with lime juice, the coconut milk and Cauvin organic Camelina oil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Leave to marinate for a good hour in the fridge.
  8. Dress on a plate and serve immediately.
