This organic virgin oil is extracted from walnut kernels removed from the shell. These yield a fluid, greenish oil whose flavour and nutty aroma are immediately identifiable with the walnut. To preserve its essential fatty acids (omega 3), it is only used cold.

Packaged in a dark glass bottle to protect the essential fatty acids. Keep away from heat and light. Best before the date indicated on the bottle and within 6 months of opening.
