INGREDIENTS

• 2 sweet potatoes
• salt & pepper
• paprika
• 4 tbsp Cauvin organic virgin oleic sunflower oil

PREPARATION

1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them lengthwise into sticks.
2. To a large bowl, add the sweet potato fries, salt, pepper, paprika and organic virgin oleic sunflower oil. Mix well so that all the fries are coated.
3. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
4. Bake at 210 ° C for about 30 min.
