Drain and allow to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Peel and finely chop the spring onions and garlic. Saut\u00e9 for 5 minutes without browning in a tbsp of <a href=\"\/en\/cave-a-huile\/les-huiles-decouvertes-bio\/huile-vierge-de-noix-de-coco-bio\/\"><strong>Cauvin coconut oil<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Add the finely diced zucchinis. Saut\u00e9 for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, mix the quinoa with the beaten eggs and the flour. Add the vegetables and the parmesan. Season moderately with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Wet your hands and form the quinoa mixture into patties. Add the rest of the <strong><a href=\"\/en\/cave-a-huile\/les-huiles-decouvertes-bio\/huile-vierge-de-noix-de-coco-bio\/\">Cauvin coconut oil<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>to a frying pan.
