Elles poss\u00e8dent \u00e0 ce titre des qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes. D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019ANSES (Agence National de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sanitaire de l\u2019alimentation, de l\u2019environnement et du travail), il est recommand\u00e9 de consommer des lipides \u00e0 hauteur de <strong>35% \u00e0 40%<\/strong> de notre apport calorique journalier. Par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019utilisation quotidienne des huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales dans notre alimentation participe \u00e0 <strong>un bon \u00e9quilibre alimentaire<\/strong>. Les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales ont de nombreux <strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sur la sant\u00e9<\/strong> et de part leurs ar\u00f4mes, permettent de r\u00e9aliser une <strong>cuisine Absorb\u00e9s en trop grande quantit\u00e9, ces derniers peuvent favoriser une <b>hypercholest\u00e9rol\u00e9mie<\/b>. On les retrouve principalement dans les <b>graisses d\u2019origine animale<\/b> (cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, beurre, fromage). Cela induit une <strong>pr\u00e9vention des maladies cardiovasculaires<\/strong>. Les om\u00e9ga 9 ont aussi un effet positif sur la <strong>sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019insuline<\/strong> qui entraine une diminution des risques de survenue du <strong>diab\u00e8te de type 2 et de l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Les huiles les plus riches en om\u00e9ga 9 sont\u00a0: l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, l\u2019huile de noisette, l\u2019huile de colza, le THO* et l\u2019huile d\u2019avocat.<\/p><p><em>* THO\u00a0: Tournesol hautement ol\u00e9ique<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a7eb4ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a7eb4ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Les acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s (om\u00e9ga 3 et om\u00e9ga 6)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d623c9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7d623c9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><p><strong>On trouve 2 sortes : les <\/strong><b>om\u00e9ga 3<\/b> <strong>(acide alpha-linol\u00e9nique) et les<\/strong> <b>om\u00e9ga 6 <\/b><strong>(acide linol\u00e9ique). <\/strong>Ils sont dits \u00ab <b>essentiels<\/b> \u00bb, car ils ne sont pas fabriqu\u00e9s par notre organisme et doivent donc \u00eatre apport\u00e9s par l\u2019alimentation.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Les om\u00e9gas 3 et 6 contribuent au maintien d\u2019une <b>cholest\u00e9rol\u00e9mie normale<\/b>.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Die<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><strong>AJR<\/strong> en om\u00e9ga 3 sont de <b>2.2 grammes\/jour<\/b>. On les retrouve principalement dans les huiles de colza, de noix, de lin et de cameline. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019huile de lin (10g) apporte 100% des AJR* en om\u00e9ga 3.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Die<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><strong>AJR<\/strong> en om\u00e9ga 6 doivent \u00eatre 5 fois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 ceux des om\u00e9gas 3 pour atteindre un <b>rapport om\u00e9ga 3 sur om\u00e9ga 6 proche de 5<\/b>.
